Customer Entry
The Customer Entry program maintains a customer profile to be used for billing, credit, sales analysis, printing labels, and contact management. Memos may be entered with full text-editing capabilities including word wrap, cut, paste, and delete functions. |

Invoice Entry
Invoices may include unlimited detail lines consisting of products, services, and comments. Due dates, discount due dates, discount amounts, sales tax, and commission amounts are automatically calculated. The invoice may contain graphics, such as a logo. Invoices can also be customized to print on pre-printed forms. |

Cash Receipts Entry
The Cash Receipts function provides the ability to easily apply customer payments to outstanding invoices. Miscellaneous receipts may be posted directly to the General Ledger. The quick-pay feature permits fast and easy application of a single customer check to multiple invoices. The multi-select feature enables the user to check off items to pay from a list of open invoices. |

Finance Charge Calculation
Automatically calculate finance charges on past due invoices. |

Multiple Bank Accounts
Deposits may be processed for up to 99 bank accounts for each company. |

Commission Reporting
The Salesperson Commission Report provides detailed commission information by invoice for each salesperson. |

Customer History Inquiry
The Customer History Inquiry program displays summary sales information as well as invoices and related payments for each customer. The original invoice can also be viewed on the screen or reprinted. |

Sales Tax Reporting
Sales tax is automatically calculated for each invoice based upon the sales tax code assigned to the customer or invoice. The Sales Tax Report details all taxable and non-taxable sales and calculated tax amounts for each state by county and local tax jurisdiction. |

Statement Printing
Statements for a billing cycle (e.g., monthly or quarterly) may be printed on standard or custom forms for all customers or for a range of customers. |

Sales Journal
The Sales Journal details sales activity recorded within the Accounts Receivable module. Transactions are listed for any defined date range, period range, and/or batch number. |

Transaction Detail Report
The Transaction Detail Report lists all customer activity by transaction type as of a specified date. The original invoice balance as well as payments or adjustments applied are listed. |

Custom Reports/Forms
All Accounts Receivable reports and forms such as invoices, statements, and mailing labels may be customized to fit new or existing forms. |
|
General Ledger Postings
All Accounts Receivable transactions are automatically posted to the General Ledger. |
