IAS offers two annual software maintenance plans designed to provide business with better value when purchasing IAS software upgrades and support: Simple Maintenance and Comprehensive Maintenance.

Simple Maintenance
Under IAS’s Simple Maintenance software plan, customers will receive all IAS software maintenance releases and upgrades at no extra charge for a period of one year. Additionally, Simple Maintenance includes three telephone support incidents and unlimited access to the “IAS Loop” website (www.iasloop.com) for clients’ technical support needs and product downloads.

IAS Simple Maintenance is included at no-cost for the first year for first-time purchasers of IAS accounting products.

Comprehensive Maintenance
Comprehensive Maintenance includes all the benefits of the Simple Maintenances and adds full telephone support coverage.

Pricing
Pricing for the Simple and Comprehensive Maintenance plans are 10% and 20% respectively of the current list price of all modules owned. Please contact IAS for specific pricing information for all maintenance plans and options.
