Plan A: Leasing
IAS offers term leasing options that allow businesses to guarantee fixed software costs for the entire period of usage. Under our lease-based licensing model, the leaseholder will receive all software maintenance releases, all product upgrades, and three annual support incidents at no extra charge.

Leasing may make the most sense for the business that needs to lower upfront software costs or guarantee payment terms over a given period of time.

Plan B: Perpetual Licensing
A perpetual license is our traditional licensing model where full payment for the software is made at the time of the sale. This plan grants the license holder a continuous use license. Additionally, the license holder will receive all product maintenance releases and three support incidents for a one year term at no charge.

Although perpetual licensing may have the highest initial upfront cost, this licensing plan can be the most cost effective over the software’s entire term of use.
